Flexnergy™L-Isoleucine, as an important essential amino acid, affects multiple biological processes. In this study, the results showed that Ile significantly increased both muscle and fat mass under HFD condition. Further research identified that Ile increased muscle mass through promoting myogenic differentiation and intramyocellular lipid accumulation.
